Thanks. The gun was stuck and some paper from the roll became bunched up instead of coming out the bottom. Had to simply grab hold and pull.

Its too far to see on how you changed it

My problem isn't the labels getting stuck... It's the gear things that bring the labels forward that fail. Label isn't being spit out all the way, I have to pull the red knob up every time I press out a label.

Thanks for this, I just spent 30 minutes trying to figure it out on my own, almost threw it across the store, lol.

Where does one buy one of those tools (that plastic strip) to fish out any labels that might be stuck inside the gun? They are awesome but they are easy to misplace, lose, and I did. Anyone knows if Monarch/Avery Dennison sells them separately?? Thanks!

The holes on my racks are in the wrong side of some of the bars. So my buttons do not line up correctly
